Oplose Privacy Policy

Oplose is a local Mac utility for smoother Dock-click window transitions. It does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data.

Data Collection

Oplose does not collect analytics, account data, contact information, location, identifiers, diagnostics, or usage data for remote processing.

Permissions

Oplose asks for Accessibility permission so it can identify and control app windows. It monitors mouse clicks on the Dock so it can run the transition at the right time. It asks for Screen Recording permission only when it needs a temporary local snapshot for the blur and fade animation.

Window Snapshots

Temporary window snapshots are used locally on your Mac for the animation. They are not uploaded, synced, analyzed remotely, or stored as user data.

Local Settings

Oplose stores local preferences such as diagnostics, animation tuning, window position, and Dock/menu-bar presence using macOS UserDefaults.
